Shipping Policy

We work with a trusted on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful, to produce and ship your order once it is placed. Because each item is made just for you, all orders are processed and shipped directly from Printful’s facilities.

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, it is sent to Printful for production. Most products take 2–5 business days to be fulfilled before they begin transit. Fulfillment times may vary depending on product type and order volume. After fulfillment, your order is shipped to you via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping Times:
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Transit time is separate from fulfillment time. Typical total delivery windows (fulfillment plus shipping) are:
• United States: approximately 5–10 business days
• International: approximately 7–20 business days
Actual delivery times can vary based on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, product weight, and delivery method. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. If you qualify for a free shipping promotion, the discount will be applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use that tracking number to follow your package’s progress online.

International Shipping & Customs:
For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may be charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Combined Orders:
If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled and shipped separately, especially if products ship from different fulfillment centers.
